Hawaiian dreams

We took an imaginary trip to the tropics today!

We did some inquiring about exotic fruits. What colour are they on the inside? What will they taste like? Does the dragon fruit have a dragon egg inside?

The coconut provoked the most curiosity.

Any fruit that requires a hammer is a hit in kindergarten!

The longan fruit was fun to peel...not so much to eat.

Many children were brave and tried new things! The most popular fruit was dragon fruit with its mild white flesh and crunchy black seeds.

We also put in some hula videos and learned to dance.

And some children painted their Hawaiian dreams.

Where ever you go this March Break, even if it's just to the couch in your PJs, I hope it's fun!
