With lots of help from some lovely Moms, we enjoyed a delicious Hanukkah snack on Friday.
Latkes are a simple snack made from shredded potatoes (which we bought pre-shredded), eggs, flour and salt. It is all fried in oil on a hot griddle. The class smelled delicious!
Maci taught her Spark doll how to make latkes.
They got thumbs up all around.
